Challenge result question
Challenge results are determined from your trading activity in the Challenge session and that Challenge's rules (targets, risk limits, time limits, and other listed rules).
How to review a result
- Open the Challenge attempt on Trades Eden and note the final status.
- Re-read the Challenge's published rules for that offer.
- Review session P&L and trade history available in the product for that attempt.
- Confirm any expected Eden Cash (EC) or XP credit against the Challenge's reward description (balances can take a short time to update; refresh your wallet/profile).
If a reward looks missing
- Eden Cash: Eden Cash missing
- XP: XP missing
- Other reward: Reward missing
If the result still looks wrong
If you believe the recorded Challenge result is incorrect, you can ask Trades Eden Support to review it. Keep screenshots of the Challenge status, rules summary, and any reward lines you expected.
A result review does not automatically reverse the result, restore Gold Coins (GC), or create a refund entitlement. See I think my Challenge result is wrong. What can I do?.
