XP missing
XP (Experience Points) tracks progression such as levels and ranks. XP is not spendable as Challenge entry currency and is not redeemable for cash.
Steps to try
- Confirm the activity that should have granted XP completed successfully (for example a Challenge outcome that awards XP).
- Refresh your profile or progression view.
- Confirm you are looking at XP, not Gold Coins (GC) or Eden Cash (EC).
- Re-check the Challenge or activity description for whether XP was part of the reward.
- Wait briefly and refresh again if the attempt just finished.
What XP is not
XP will not appear as a cash balance or as Eden Cash. If you expected Eden Cash, see Eden Cash missing.
