Eden Cash missing
Eden Cash (EC) is Trades Eden's redeemable currency, typically earned by winning Challenges. EC means Eden Cash only in customer materials.
Steps to try
- Confirm the Challenge attempt status is Passed (or another status that the offer says pays Eden Cash).
- Re-read the Challenge reward description for that offer. Not every Challenge pays the same EC amount.
- Refresh your wallet/profile after settlement. Credits can take a short time to appear.
- Confirm you are viewing Eden Cash (EC), not Gold Coins (GC) or XP.
- Check whether an account restriction or review could be holding rewards (high level only; see Account restricted).
Redemption note
Redeeming Eden Cash for cash or payouts is not currently available. Missing EC after a pass is a balance/credit question, not a redemption failure. See Redemption pending or failed.
