You cannot complete a pending or failed redemption because customer cash redemption is not offered at this time.
What this means for you
- Eden Cash may still appear in your wallet as a balance when earned.
- You cannot redeem Eden Cash for cash or payout methods until product enables live redemption and publishes approved customer rules.
- Detailed minimums, methods, timelines, and verification requirements for customers are not published in this Help Center yet.
