I think my Challenge result is wrong. What can I do?

If you believe your Challenge result is incorrect, you can ask Trades Eden Support to review it. This is a Challenge result review, not a formal appeal and not a refund request.

When to contact Support

Contact Trades Eden Support when:

  • The status shown for your attempt does not match what you expect after checking the Challenge rules and your session activity
  • You believe the recorded result (for example Passed, Failed, Expired, or Invalidated) is incorrect

Before you contact Support, re-read the Challenge rules and review the status and session details available in the product for that attempt.

What information to provide

Include as much of the following as you can:

  • Challenge ID (if available)
  • A clear explanation of why the recorded result appears incorrect
  • Relevant dates and times
  • Screenshots or other supporting information when available

What Support may review

Trades Eden may review relevant account and Challenge records for that attempt.

What happens if an error is confirmed

If an error is confirmed, Trades Eden may correct the affected Challenge result and/or a related ledger transaction as appropriate.

Do not assume a correction will happen, or that any specific outcome is guaranteed.

What a review does NOT mean

A Challenge result review does not:

  • Automatically reverse a Challenge result
  • Automatically restore Gold Coins (GC)
  • Count as a refund request or create a refund entitlement
  • Guarantee a result change
  • Guarantee reinstatement of a failed, expired, or invalidated Challenge

Trades Eden does not currently operate a formal appeals process for Challenge results.

Relationship to the no-refund policy

The no-refund policy is unchanged. Challenge entries remain final as normal product policy when GC successfully create or start a Challenge. Fail, expire, abandon, and similar outcomes are not refundable as a normal remedy.

If a confirmed recording or processing error is corrected, that is error correction, not a refund.

Security and privacy

  • Share only what is needed to describe the issue (Challenge ID, dates, screenshots of status or rules views).
  • Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or one-time codes.
  • Trades Eden Support will not ask you for your password.
