Refunds
Gold Coin (GC) purchases and Challenge entries are final. Refunds are not offered as the normal customer remedy.
Trades Eden Challenges are simulated trading experiences. Purchasing GC or using GC to enter a Challenge does not represent a deposit into a brokerage account or an investment in the financial markets. GC are not cash, withdrawable money, a brokerage deposit, trading capital, an investment, or a security.
Challenge entries
When GC successfully create or start a Challenge, those GC are consumed and the entry is final. Challenge entries are not refundable for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong Challenge
- Not trading
- Abandoning the attempt
- Fail
- Expire
- Disliking the rules
- Incomplete attempt
- Preferring a different Challenge

GC purchases are final and not refundable as normal product policy.
Transaction correction (not a refund)
Refunds are distinct from transaction correction. If a transaction appears to have failed on the system side (for example a duplicate charge, a confirmed billing or processing error, payment captured but GC not delivered, or GC deducted but a Challenge not successfully created), Trades Eden may investigate and correct the transaction after review.
Do not assume an automatic correction or a guaranteed outcome.
If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact support so the transaction can be reviewed.
If you believe a Challenge result was recorded incorrectly, that is a Challenge result review (error correction), not a refund request. See I think my Challenge result is wrong. What can I do?.
