Gold Coin refunds
Gold Coin (GC) purchases are final and not refundable as normal product policy. Challenge entries paid with GC are also final once GC successfully create or start a Challenge.
Trades Eden Challenges are simulated trading experiences. Purchasing GC or using GC to enter a Challenge does not represent a deposit into a brokerage account or an investment in the financial markets. GC are not cash, withdrawable money, a brokerage deposit, trading capital, an investment, or a security.
What is not refundable
GC are not refundable as a normal remedy for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong Challenge selected
- Not trading after entry
- Abandon, fail, or expire
- Disliking Challenge rules
- Incomplete attempts
- Preferring a different Challenge
Transaction correction vs refund
A refund is not the normal customer remedy. A transaction correction review may apply when there is a demonstrable system-side transaction failure, such as:
- Duplicate transaction
- Confirmed billing or processing error
- Payment captured but GC not delivered
- GC deducted but Challenge not successfully created
Trades Eden may investigate and correct after review. Correction is not automatic and is not guaranteed.
If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact support so the transaction can be reviewed.
If you believe a Challenge result was recorded incorrectly, ask Trades Eden Support for a Challenge result review. That path is error correction, not a Gold Coin refund. See I think my Challenge result is wrong. What can I do?.
