Using Gold Coins
Gold Coins (GC) are Trades Eden's spendable currency. The primary use is starting Challenges by paying the Challenge entry cost shown on the Challenge offer.
Challenge entry
When you start a Challenge that requires Gold Coins:
- Choose a Challenge from the catalog or marketplace
- Confirm the entry cost shown for that Challenge
- Spend the required Gold Coins to begin that Challenge attempt
Spending Gold Coins for entry creates a new Challenge attempt. There is no separate free-retry wallet feature. Starting again means beginning a new attempt, which generally requires paying the entry cost again unless a promotion says otherwise.

The product may offer other spendable uses for Gold Coins when available. Use the options shown in your account rather than assuming a fixed list from this article.
What you cannot do with Gold Coins
- Redeem Gold Coins for cash (Gold Coins are not redeemable)
- Treat Gold Coins as Eden Cash or XP
