Why a Challenge failed

Why a Challenge failed

A Challenge fails when the attempt ends unsuccessfully under its rules. Common reasons include breaching drawdown or other risk limits, breaking trade or consistency rules, or otherwise not meeting pass conditions in a way the rules treat as a fail.

After a fail

  • The attempt ends. That run is recorded as failed.
  • Gold Coins (GC) spent for entry are consumed as the cost of entry.
  • Challenge entries are final. GC are not refundable because a Challenge failed.
  • A failed result is not automatically reversed and does not create a refund entitlement.
  • You may start a new attempt later by purchasing again if the offer is available.
  • If you believe the recorded failed result is incorrect, you can ask Trades Eden Support for a Challenge result review.
