Duplicate charges

If you see more than one charge for what you believe was a single Gold Coins purchase, use this careful troubleshooting guide. GC purchases are final as normal product policy; duplicate charges may be reviewed as a transaction correction, not as a general refund.

First checks

  1. Confirm whether each charge has a matching purchase attempt or pending status in the product (when history is shown).
  2. Wait briefly and refresh wallet balances once. Do not immediately retry purchase repeatedly.
  3. Check whether one charge is a temporary authorization that may drop off your statement (your bank controls how authorizations appear).
  4. Confirm you did not intentionally start more than one purchase.

Still mismatched?

When GC credit after a successful payment is still partly open for documentation (OD-PAY-002). Receipts and billing history surfaces are not fully locked for documentation.

If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly (for example a duplicate charge), contact support so the transaction can be reviewed. Provide dates and amounts you see on your statement without sharing full card numbers in public channels. Correction is not automatic and is not guaranteed.
