Challenge ended unexpectedly
Challenge ended unexpectedly
Challenges end when their rules require it. What feels sudden is often a rule outcome (risk limit, time limit, target met, or expiration) rather than a random disconnect.
What to check first
- Open the Challenge on Trades Eden and note the status label (for example Passed, Failed, Expired, Invalidated, or Active).
- Review the Challenge rules for that offer: profit target, drawdown, time limits, and other listed limits.
- Check whether the session ended while you had connectivity issues (see Trading connection issue).
- Confirm you were trading the correct Challenge attempt, not an older completed one.
Common outcomes (high level)
| Outcome | Plain meaning |
|---|---|
| Passed | The attempt met the Challenge success rules. |
| Failed | The attempt breached rules or did not meet pass conditions. |
| Expired | The attempt ended because time or expiration rules required it. |
| Invalidated | The attempt was voided under product rules. Stake restoration details are not fully locked for customers yet. |
Starting again
There is no separate free-retry wallet feature established. Starting again means a new Challenge attempt, which generally requires paying the entry cost in Gold Coins again unless a promotion says otherwise.
