Order rejected

Challenge trading happens in Trades Crafter on a simulated account tied to your Challenge. If an order is rejected, the workspace is usually enforcing Challenge rules, market/session conditions, or order parameters.

Steps to try

  1. Read any rejection or validation message on the order ticket. It often names the rule that blocked the order.
  2. Confirm your Challenge is still Active (not Passed, Failed, Expired, or otherwise ended).
  3. Check size, side, and instrument against the Challenge's allowed instruments and trade limits.
  4. Confirm you are not past a Challenge risk limit (for example drawdown or max loss rules shown for that Challenge).
  5. Retry with a smaller size or a simpler order type if the message suggests size or parameter issues.
  6. Refresh the trading workspace. If connectivity looks unstable, see Trading connection issue.

Important context

Order rejection during a Challenge does not by itself mean your Trades Eden account is closed. It usually means that specific order could not be accepted under the current session or Challenge rules.
