Challenge won't start
If a Challenge will not start after you select it, work through these checks.
Common causes
- Gold Coins (GC) balance: Most Challenges require an entry cost in Gold Coins. Confirm your wallet shows enough GC for that Challenge.
- Offer availability: The Challenge may be unavailable, sold out of capacity for now, or no longer listed. Refresh the catalog and open the Challenge details again.
- Unfinished handoff: After purchase or start, Trades Eden hands trading off to Trades Crafter. If the handoff stalls, refresh, then reopen the Challenge from your active Challenges list.
- Network / session: Sign out and back in, then retry. Try another browser if the start button never completes.
- Existing attempt state: You may already have an attempt in progress for that offer. Open your Challenges list and continue the active attempt instead of starting again.
Concurrent Challenges
How many Challenges you may have active at once is not fully locked for customer docs yet. If start fails with a limit-style message, finish or wait out an existing attempt before trying another.
