Is trading simulated?
Yes. Challenge trading uses isolated simulated accounts in Trades Crafter.
What that means
- You are not placing live brokerage trades with your own cash brokerage funds for Challenges.
- Each Challenge attempt uses a simulated trading account tied to that attempt.
- Session P&L and rule checks apply to that simulated Challenge session.
- Trades Eden does not claim live brokerage execution of customer funds for Challenges unless a future approved decision says otherwise.
Simulated trading still has real Challenge stakes in Gold Coins (GC) when you pay an entry cost, and outcomes can still earn Eden Cash (EC) and/or XP when you pass. Purchasing GC or using GC to enter a Challenge does not represent a deposit into a brokerage account or an investment in the financial markets. GC are not cash, withdrawable money, a brokerage deposit, trading capital, an investment, or a security.
