Most Challenges require an entry cost paid in Gold Coins (GC). The amount is shown on the Challenge offer in the catalog before you start.
How entry cost works
- Entry cost is set per Challenge offer.
- Starting generally spends the listed Gold Coins for that attempt.
- Promotional or free-entry offers may appear when available; follow the offer details when shown.
- Gold Coins are spendable and are not redeemable for cash.
After you pay
When GC successfully create or start a Challenge, those Gold Coins are consumed and the entry is final. If the Challenge fails, expires, or is abandoned, entry GC are not refundable as a normal remedy. Preferring a different Challenge or changing your mind also does not create a refund.
If you believe GC were deducted but a Challenge was not successfully created, contact support so the transaction can be reviewed. That is a transaction correction review, not a general refund.
