Trades Eden is not available in every country or region. Availability can be limited by legal, regulatory, sanctions, payment, market-data licensing, or other operational restrictions.
If Trades Eden is not offered where you are located, you may not be able to create or maintain an account, participate in Challenges, purchase Gold Coins (GC), or redeem eligible rewards when redemption is available.

Why is my country restricted?
Restrictions can exist for reasons such as:
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Sanctions and related compliance rules
- Payment processing availability
- Market-data licensing limits
- Other operational constraints that affect where Trades Eden can be offered

I moved to a restricted country. What happens?
Geographic eligibility is based on where you are located when you use Trades Eden.
If you move to a jurisdiction where Trades Eden is not offered, you may lose the ability to keep using features that require a supported location, including account access, Challenges, Gold Coin purchases, and reward redemption when redemption is available.
Follow any eligibility notices on Trades Eden. Account-specific outcomes depend on your situation and applicable rules. See Contact support for whether an official support channel is published.
Can I use a VPN?
No. Do not use a VPN, proxy, or similar method to appear as if you are in a supported location, or otherwise to get around geographic or access restrictions.
Circumventing geographic, identity, account, security, or access restrictions is prohibited. Activity that appears inconsistent with these rules may be reviewed.
Can I receive rewards if I live in a restricted country?
Reward and redemption availability can differ from general account or Challenge availability.
- Platform access depends on whether Trades Eden is offered in your jurisdiction.
- Some rewards or redemption options may have additional location rules when those features are live.
- Cash redemption of Eden Cash (EC) is not currently available, so there is no live redemption eligibility checklist for payouts today.
