Automation and bots
Using bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation to trade Challenges, farm rewards, or interact with Trades Eden in ways not offered as product features is inconsistent with Fair Play.
High-level expectation
Use the product as a person through the normal customer interfaces. Do not deploy automated systems to:
- Place or manage Challenge trades without authorized product support for that behavior
- Claim rewards, referrals, or promotions at scale
- Manipulate progression or leaderboards
Activity that appears inconsistent with Fair Play may be reviewed. This article does not describe how automation is detected.
