Phishing and impersonation try to trick you into sharing credentials or payment details, or into sending Gold Coins or other value to scammers.
Common warning signs
- Messages that create urgency about your account, rewards, or Eden Cash
- Requests for passwords, one-time codes, or remote access to your device
- Links or sites that look similar to Trades Eden but are not the real product
- People claiming to be Trades Eden staff in unofficial channels
What to do
- Do not enter credentials on pages you reached from unexpected links.
- Open Trades Eden yourself from a bookmark or typed address you trust, rather than from a message link, when you need to check your account.
- Do not send payment or currency to someone who claims they can "unlock" rewards or bypass Fair Play.
- Check the product for support options or Help Center contact options when available if you need to report a concern.
